"All staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. The room was modern, pristine and had a great view to the marina. The restaurant was stellar: we had an amazing gourmet dinner there last night where we were pleasantly surprised with not listed appetizers, amuse bouche and deserts. The serving staff were true professionals. If a change can be made would be: For some reason we were not able to add a tip to our bill so we had to use our emergency cirrency exchanged funds for the tip."

"We booked this hotel as a treat. It is pricey so expectations were high and, unfortunately, they fell far short. On arrival, we were told there was no space at the restaurant for dinner, despite receiving an email the day before informing us they would reserve a table for us. Our “superior” double room was dark, pokey and dirty in places (stain on the headboard, cobwebs).
