"O serviço de hotelaria não foi bom. Todos os dias faltava alguma coisa. Tiravam copos sujos mas não havia reposição, limpavam o banheiro mas não colocavam piso, tivemos de reclamar porque tinha acabado o shower gel. Perdi as contas de quantas vezes precisamos acionar o concierge. Para o check in tivemos de esperar 30 minutos , após o horário do check in para entrar no quarto. Ou seja pelo o que se anuncia, ficou muito a desejar "
