Their staff is genuinely nice and accommodating. I want to thank Luigi from the concierge desk for the tour recommendations and arranging our car rental. Antonella from the breakfast restaurant prepared for me a homemade tea when I told her I was not feeling well. All these details make this hotel a unique one. Room was high standard, we had a small issue with the electricity going off, but the staff sorted this. My only gripe is that although I appreciate two free bottles of water a day, for a hotel doing that to every room is so much wastage. Install a filtered water machine in the corridor, everyone has a bottle these days. So much wastage and would make the hotel more eco friendly. "
