"Anastasia and the staff were so hospitable during my stsy. Upon arrival after a long travel journey I was warmly greeted and offered champagne. Since this was my birthday trip, I gladly accepted. Check in was fairly seamless and was pleasantly surprised that I had been upgraded to a suite. All in all, the service and hospitality was exceptional.
