"Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are."

"Fabulous staff, wonderful trip. Tat was a great host, very sweet. Our butler Annie was lovely. The room was tired and really need updating however the private balcony was great! The most disappointing thing was the spa. It wasn’t accessible via the top deck bar area and you can’t see anything when sitting in the spa. Also on day 2 it was green!! Awful, we didn’t go in on day 2. Good on the buffet each meal was really good. The day trip to the village was great! "

"The staff are all amazing, the boast was in good condition, a few small wear and tear things, but nothing that detracts. We looked at so many cruises and I think at this price point they are all similar, except the dinners were buffet which I was not expecting, and they were just average buffet. The lunches were great. Breakfast buffet was also average but I think they were doing the best with what they had and expect they would all be similar. The experiences were great and it is an amazing place. Also be aware that they go through Lan Ha Bay, not Ha Long-all similar scenery and actually less boats and people in Lan Ha Bay. "
