"I know this Hitel when it was The Conrad. Great staff and service. Pool and fitness is not part of the hotel facility. You need to book prior. This was not communicated. Also 35 Euro for the usage. Breakfast staff are very youg and not much experinced. However great selection at Breakfast. Very resasonable price. I love the location and walking distance to everything. Room service is Top. "Needs a bit of an upgrade. I don’t know if the 5 star rating is legit. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the lobby was the nicest looking part of the hotel. Location is about a 40 min walk to the grand palace if you move at a clip. "
