"Entire break was excellent. Let down by queuing for breakfast at Steak on Six as they looked under staffed. Made all meal bookings at reception when checking in but first nights meal at Pad was not in their system. They were full so squeezed us into a table but not what you would expect. "Nice big room, comfy bed, great view, but one major issue. I booked a suite with its own lounge, had floor to ceiling windows on two sides. Unfortunately, on arrival the room was like an oven, the aircon in the bedroom worked well, but in lounge did nothing. Phone reception and was told that the lounge aircon only heats and doesn’t chill. I queried this twice and the heat made the lounge almost unusable.
