The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Could not be more convenient to the train and the waterfront. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. Occasionally it could be noisy, as it’s on the hiking path, but it quiets down in the evening. It’s very small and there’s nowhere to hang wet coats/clothes after a rainy day, but hopefully most people enjoy it in good weather! "

"We had a wonderful time staying here. We wanted a place where we could stay in, but still enjoy the sea, the town, and the people, and this was exactly that! Beautiful, clean, and close to everything. The host was great, very attentive and timely with our questions. This will forever be one of our best family memories made! "
"Everyone was so nice and the property had lots of unexpected bonuses with fresh orange juice, water, sparkling water and pastries available any time. I also loved the fresh fruit bowl and cappuccino in the morning. The beach towels and bag was also a nice touch."

"We are a family of 3 and stayed at Sara's place for two nights. Our stay was very comfortable. The house is in a great location, just steps away from the beach with plenty of restaurants close by. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a steep staircase to enter and getting a big suitcase up may take some effort but that is just a minor problem. Sara was a great host. They live just down the street and were able to help us when we locked ourselves out. Overall a great place and well worth it. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean comfortable stay in Monterosso."

"This is a wonderful apartment! I simply can not say enough kind words about the hosts. Davide communicated so well before our stay- suggesting restaurants and things to do, options for getting to the home, and even offered assistance with our bags and taxis! We did the sunset cruise of the towns with Fish & Chill that Davide recommended and it was fabulous! The apartment is clean, cute and worked wonderfully for us. It is located right near many restaurants, the beach and train station. If there were more stars I would rate this higher! "
