The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "This hotel is in a wonderful location if you're planning on seeing Cinque Terre. The rooms are nice and updated, staff are lovely and the breakfast is wonderful! Set in the mountains with massive trees and beautiful surroundings, but only a 20 minute drive to the coastline. Parking is easy and included. You won't lose out by staying here. Hotel Abetaia is a winner. "
