"Excellent features, real yummy restaurant, wet while we were there but still plenty to do"

"The best thing about this property is that the king bed was super comfortable! Even struck up a conversation with our neighbouring guests how comfortable all our beds were! Cosy blankets. Plush pillows. The room itself was very spacious, with 2 very comfy lean-back armchairs, a small dining table, and a window that let the sun in to warm up the room for us. Aircon/heater warmed up the room quickly when required. Bathroom looks a little dated but works a treat, with lots of bench space, tissues, hair-dryer and toiletries provided. Small kitchenette but had main necessities, like microwave, sizable fridge, kettle and complimentary tea/coffee/sugar. Parking easy and short walk or 3 min deive to the main street for shops/food. Only note, the deluxe king suite is up a flight of stairs, so beware if luggage is heavy or cumbersome. No issue to us though. Would stay again! "

"I recently stayed at this lovely house near the beach and had a wonderful time. The house is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is just a short walk away, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday.I’d definitely stay again!"

"We were a family with teenage children and elderly parents. We were looking for a nice place close to the water with views so that my parents could enjoy their stay even if they did not necessarily get out to the beach all the time.This property is amazingly located in terms of views.You have 230 views of the Ocean which is quite spectacular. The property is tastefully decorated without being excessively cluttered. The bedrooms downstairs was fantastic for the children and we stayed upstairs in one room and my parents stayed in the other room. There are not many stairs to get into the main property which makes it easier for the elderly.We had brought some food from home and also some meat to put on the bbq. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need.There is plenty of towels, soaps etc. like a 5* hotel. It did get quite cold in the evening and we are able to enjoy the Fireplace as well. This was also well equipped with kindle wood and firewood.There is also a hot water spa downstairs.The kids also enjoyed playing table tennis in the evening.We had our breakfast and dinners at the property. With such a stunning view and having all the utensils available in the kitchen there is no need to really get out.The only thing I would mention is if you are coming up with older people then it would be best off driving to the beach, which is only a couple of minutes away. Otherwise you could walk down a track behind the property ! "

"A lovely little cottage with a sizeable backyard for the kids and dogs to play. A quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to Smiths Beach. We had a wonderful, relaxing few days away and would love to come back again :) "
