"I checked in the night before a flight that left at 6 a.m. They were helpful about arranging pick-up at 4 a.m. and making sure I could grab something to eat before I left at that ghastly hour. The room was very clean, the bed was excellent and the location was surprisingly quiet (considering that it was right by the airport, I only heard one flight)."

"Our room was very clean, comfortable. Convenient to the airport. Restaurant was above average for a hotel (other than one of those 5 star ones), great fish and chips and breakfast was a winner! I don’t like paying for parking at any hotel I stay at, but I guess that’s an American thing. We had to pay to park at a lot of our hotels in Scotland. WiFi was better than most as well. Staff were extremely helpful, and always with a smile and sometimes a good laugh. I recommend this hotel when you want to be close, but not on top of the airport. I slept well, and don’t recall being bothered by any planes."

Looked like people sat on our bed before we got there…. was not made up nicely and “crisp” looking. Had a tall tub/shower combination which was very hard to get into and out…"

The compact room is strictly built for efficiency rather than unpacking, but the excellent soundproofing, great shower, and comfortable bed were exactly what we needed for a quiet, hassle-free night before traveling."

"Nice enough place if you’re staying for a few nights. Easy connection to the main shopping places and airport. Breakfast was pretty good! It’s literally right next to the zoo which is an amazing place, deffo worth a visit! A few things to note: no fridge or safe in the rooms, which to be fair it didn’t say they had, that was me assuming but worth mentioning for others. Main minor grumble was only one towel for me and the wife but mostly that there was no toilet brush which was a bit grim - ended up contorting the shower head into the bog and blasting it. Other than that yeah not too bad."

"The chairs outside were filthy and large hamoc/chair broken. Simple, just don't put them out until they are ready. Service/friendliness not great considering the fact you are paying high end rates. Room was luxurious, good was great, spa area was lively - massages skip, paid for 25min and got about 15min for a high price. Basically you pay,for the day,spa + the massage, at,minimum it should have been a full 25min."
