The property is ideally located near the airport for the Royal Farm show. Hotel is very quiet and away from the busy areas of the city. Restaurant staff are helpful, although may stand over you when signing your bill, they should stay off to one side.

Matthew was amazing!! He took the time to get to know us and always had a smile for us. He is knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way possible. The hotel room was clean and quiet. The hotel restaurant had great food. The hotel is only a 20-25 min bus ride to the City Center, so very easy. We loved the hotel and would highly recommended.

Love this hotel when working at Heriot-Watt. Clean and comfortable with excellent staff. Breakfast is basic but well done. You need transport though, it is out of the way for anywhere but the University/Research Park.

This is a great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. I would have wished for a more diverse breafast spread, but apart from that I loved the place. The location isn't central, but buses run downtown fairly often.
