"Ac wasn’t working, for basically 2 days.
Communication is very difficult, all is done through WhatsApp text and rarely you have a real person on the other side.
They only gave us 2 bath towels and one hand towel, they charge you extra for another set. The unit wasn’t very clean and bed sheets have spots all over. I will not go back !"

1. A senha de acesso à porta não é individual para cada hóspede. Isso significa que qualquer pessoa que tenha se hospedado recentemente pode entrar no apartamento, o que compromete a segurança.
2. Não recebi contato prévio do proprietário para autorizar minha entrada. Enfrentei dificuldades para acessar o predio e levei quase 30 minutos para conseguir acessar o imóvel — debaixo de chuva.
3. O chuveiro apresentou água relativamente fria à noite.
