A lady and a man at the front desk were a bit rude they have that attitude as if they were working at the police department. "Parking around here was terrible with lots of homeless wandering around. Expected reality in a city, but the parking garages around there are not secure. Some guests had their car stolen from the garage the night I was there. Homeless lady approached my children while eating breakfast asking if they could fix her a waffle while in the hotel. Not exactly a safe area. Riverwalk is nice."
