Very clean the staff was amazing. The location was awesome. The room that I had that overlooked the Riverwalk was tremendous. We booked the Omni for our 27th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent and brought up champagne and cupcakes. We booked a king premium with a riverfront balcony and it was perfect. The rooms are a bit small compared to other hotels we have stayed at but perfect for just 2 people. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to San Antonio
