"I cannot say enough nice things about this property. We had easily accessible parking, clean & comfortable accommodations, an amazing view of the beach from the balcony, all needed utensils to use the kitchen & grill, a ping pong table as well as accessories to make beach time more relaxing. Parvenah was an amazing host. Communication was great and she is so nice. Very highly recommended. I noticed some mentioned the traffic out front. It is busy, but it is not distracting. However, if you prefer more quiet, there is a balcony and yard in back that is calmer and has more breeze. "

"Rooms are clean and updated. They are not dark at night though if you like a dark room. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Overall the stay was just fine. "

"This was an absolutely wonderful stay for our first (and hopefully not last!)stay on AMI! Honestly, the listing photos do not do the condo justice..first of all, its been updated since most of these photos were taken (for example, new tile floor and no carpet), and it is way larger than the photos make it look! The owner was so easy to communicate with, the condo was very well stocked, and very clean. The beach was a mere 50ft or so, such an easy walk, and the beach closet was well stocked with a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. My kids absolutely loved the water and the pool! We never ran into anyone else at the pool while we were there, and it was nice and warm. The only drawback (at no fault of the owners) is the house directly in front is under construction and this is pretty loud, starting around 7am. But still, no biggie! Lovely, lovely place!"

"The unit was clean and the pool was wonderful and warm. The space was very small but it worked for us. The furniture in the living room should be updated. It was not comfortable and we couldn’t watch March Madness which was a bummer. We found two eating establishments within walking distance. Overall, a fun place to go. "

"We were so pleasantly surprised! And enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! The cottage was super clean! We were literally right on the beach, and yet it had the cottage vibe decor, that was darling! We loved the fact that it was family friendly. We were there without kids but your cottage and apartment neighbors became like family! We feel like we have met friends for life! We had heard how sweet Alice was to deal with and would do anything to make your stay perfect...Luckily, we got to meet her on our last day as she was out of town, we would have been sad not to have met her after all the hype! And everyone was correct, she's a doll!! Alice is the type that would bend over backwards to make sure your stay was exactly what you wanted. It's evident because there have been couples that have been returning for 17 plus years! Everything shops, restaurants and grocery stores are all in walking distance! We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!! Jim & Trish"
