Excellent stay durin Handball Worldcup

We came to Ahus for the Handball Worldcup and were 9 travelling together. We couldn´t have chosen a better place to stay, the rooms were nice, service was perfect and it was as if this was our house. We would definitely stay there again when travelling through that area.

Hotellet är vardagligt och innebär inget extra. Rummen har enkel inredning så är man ute efter att själva hotellet ska vara en upplevelse är det här inte det. Däremot - rent, mkt trevlig personal, bra frukost, lugnt och tyst. Sköna sängar. Hotellet kan absolut rekommenderas!

Mysigt med familjär atmosfär och god service

Litet men mysigt dubbelrum, bekväma sängar. Hade kunnat ha bättre kanalutbud på tvn, och mer hygienprodukter (hade önskat schampo, balsam och hudlotion) i övrigt mycket nöjda med rummet! Frukosten var enkel, som förväntat på ett litet hotell, men hade önskat lite större utbud och närproducerat. Väldigt trevlig och seviceminded personal! Helt ok läge med gångavstånd till stranden och nära till affär. Vagn med god thaimat precis utanför huset. Vi kommer gärna igen!

Tvåbäddsrummet var litet men hade två sköna separata sängar och fräscht badrum (endast tvål och kombinerat duschtvål/schampo). Rent och snyggt och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ingen AC (fristående bordsfläkt fanns på rummet och fönsterna går att öppna - fönster mot söder hade dessutom markis); värdefack; kylskåp, eller vattenkokare (vattenkokare och te fanns på våningsplanet och kylda alkoholfria drycker kunde köpas vid receptionen). Mycket god kontinental frukost som även innehöll kokta ägg och yoghurt. Buffén hölls dessutom efter så att den inte blev ”slabbig”; hade små uppläggningsskålar/fat som fylldes på ofta etc. Den som har svårt med trappor bör beakta att man behöver gå uppför fem ganska höga trappsteg för att nå alla rum; övervåningen kräver dessutom en svängd trappa (båda dessa trappor har trappräcke/ledstång och ”stängda” trappsteg). Minst ett (jag tror båda) familjerum har sin ingång på andra våningen i ett separat hus via en brandtrappa utomhus i stål som är öppen vid sidorna (det finns ledstänger); mellan trappstegen och även ”i” trappstegen (små ”hål” i trappstegen; sannolikt för att inte vatten/is ska ansamlas). Välbeläget med kort gångavstånd till centrum och hamnpromenaden. Egen parkering (utomhus) precis utanför gör att man slipper både leta p-plats och betala separat för den. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Centralt läge och god frukost

Bra läge, centralt men ändå avskilt. Sköna sängar. Badrummet enda som drar ner betyget. Trångt med toastol i snedtaket. God frukost med gott bröd. Bra att parkera, både om du kommer med bil eller på cykel. Vi har gjort både och.
