With a roof terrace the size of the house itself, you have an unobstructed panoramic view of the Westeinderplassen and the marina. The house also has a smaller terrace on the first floor, ideal for breakfast or lunch. This is an ideal vacation home for those who want the comfort of a real home and at the same time the experience of staying on the water. Boat owners? There is also a boat lift that you can use for a fee.



The living room is very modern and brightly decorated. The large windows on all sides of the living room allow you to admire the waterscape from all angles. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.



This house has a view of the marina from the living room, from the roof terrace you also have a view of the Westeinderplassen!



Water sports equipment is available at the reception of the marina. Rent SUP boards, canoes and other fun boards. Sailing course? At Westeinderplassen you can attend various sailing schools. The restaurant in the harbor has recently been renovated and is a very nice change for a nice lunch or dinner.



As this accommodation is located on the border between North and South Holland, you can reach coastal towns like Katwijk and Noordwijk after a 20-minute drive. Haarlem and Amsterdam are a 30-minute drive away.
