"Daniel& Jacob Aarhus is a great simple residence. There is no reception, yet the service is excellent (thank Rude and Alex). The kitchens are great and the rooms are comfortable. "

Aarhus is Denmark's 2nd biggest city, and worth a longer visit than I gave it. You could very easily spend a week here, I think there's enough to do, particularly if you're taking a day trip here or there. Very walkable and fun city.

We went to Aarhus Street Food - it was great and the deer park. It was also great for Troll hunting.
"The room was very nice, comfortable beds, and the window opened out to trees. We had to leave the window open due to summer heat, and the morning birdsong was lovely. The only downside was the sound of the traffic, but it became like white noise in the background. The water from the shower was hard to contain but the bathroom was fully tiled so no harm done. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, a nice touch. Buffet breakfast was delicious!"
