"This property (even though under construction) was extremely dirty, old, small quarters, we felt unsafe with a night club attached to the hotel that they wanted you after 9pm to even enter the hotel to go back to your room. We would never ever stay here again, and highly suggest other not to stay either. Our room was on the alley where the night club folks were out smoking and screaming till after 2am.
