The room was extremely hot so we weren't able to get sleep, and the noises from the motorway were quite loud- Although that can't really be helped. "We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again."

"Breakfast was excellent. The only poor thing was that, for a large, modern hotel, there was no lift for the elderly. The stairs were steep, narrow and curved with poor handrail support. It was difficult and painful to use. Parking was okay, except fot the fact that the disabled bays had lost most of the signage so that the fit and young were occupying these bays."

"This was a last minute booking and the room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had a little wait until it was ready. The manager (Tanya I think?) was very helpful, kept us informed and gave us a free drink while we were waiting which was much appreciated. The room itself was good, it was ground floor and close to McDonalds but we couldn't hear any noise from outside. "Clean room, easy parking with friendly and professional staff. Warm welcome with a lovely Tavern for a drink, limited menu for dinner but very tasty simple food. The inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent, good selection of cooked and continental breakfast items. We were a couple and enjoyed the knights sword fighting, brilliant performances. For families with young children there was a small park, story telling with Zog and Knights interacting throughout dinner."
