"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages...

"I'd like to give this a higher review but unfortunately I had a couiple things stolen from me. Luckily they were expendable, including some hair gel and a full bag of walnuts, but it makes me wodner what worse could have happened if I had left my passport of wallet out, or did not bring a padlock with me for my locker. "I was over for two athletic club games it’s literally a 3 minute walk from the stadium perfect location, it is right above the bus station and has its own gym and the staff were brilliant and helpful, has everything you need and more perfect location for a walk to the city in 5 minutes maybe 20 minute walk from the old town. I will certainly be back to resa San mames when in Bilbao again"

"This is a perfectly serviceable airport hotel, one of two major ones very near the Bilbao airport. Fairly basic compared to a "fancy" hotel in the city, and (like 99% of European hotels) lacking washcloths. But, comfy beds, quiet rooms, an excellent breakfast spread, a decent bar, and really a short ride to the city. What's not to love? The airport shuttle starts at 5 a.m. and has limited capacity. But, the staff is well aware of the early morning flight schedule to get everyone there in plenty of time. It's like an 8-minute roundtrip from hotel to terminal. 😎"
