I wasn't here long, but was very impressed with the service from the staff. The hotel was clean with a nice looking lobby. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable. The manager was very helpful with my early checkout situation.

I needed to cancel the day of because of Covid. Hotels.com would not refund unless the hotel management agreed. I believe Latoya was the very kind woman who helped me convince management to issue me a refund. Big thanks to management and Latoya as this booking was for my mother who cannot afford to waste money on unused hotel nights. I will go out my way to sleep here anytime I visit Milwaukee. Hopefully the accommodations match the front desk service.

Crossroads is the best kept secret in Wisconsin. You donāt have to stay in Lake Geneva in those overprice hotels stay a few miles out enjoy clean and comfortable motel. I shouldnāt be saying this because Iād like to keep this place all to myself. Itās wonderful! Five stars

Alina, Vinny, and the rest of the staff (whose names I didnāt get) were fantastic!! If youāre going to Delafield, you should stay here. When we go back, weāll absolutely stay here!!

Located in a historical building in downtown Waukasha. Reception a little funky had to go upstairs to 2nd floor . Once we found our room rather like a maze we were pleasantly surprised with a large bathroom. (whirlpool tub plus large shower with 3 heads. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, even better than home. Room clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again if in the area beats Hampton and also had complimentary breakfast, omelets even.
