The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. "Excellent service from the staff: attentive, kind, respectful and proactive to my needs. Breakfast and dinner get better the longer you stay. It’s a value ryokan fit for relaxation in the mountains "
