"If you're visiting Osaka, I strongly recommend this hotel. Its in close walking distance to some of the city's main attractions, and the Namba transit station. The room, like the building itself, was very sleek and modern. It had a wide comfortable bed, and a really nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. The staff was very polite, and the breakfast buffet was also decent. It felt fairly priced for how nice it was. "

"We loved the room we stayed in. It was perfect for a family of 4. The only downside was that there was no kitchen facilities, which is hard when you have kids. Even juat having a microwave and some cutlery would have been good. Other than that the staff were fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay."

"The location of the hotel was excellent!! Close to everything and near transit…never saw an employee but our room was always clean and fresh! The breakfast was frozen and needed to be microwaved so we ate at a little cafe that was awesome just steps from the hotel.."

"Half the floor our room was located on had a constant loud rumble caused by the rails below resonating with the building. This is NOT normal train noises and is constant from 5am to 1am. The staff was unsympathetic and unhelpful. Refusing to change our room or make any effort to resolve the issue. After one night of this noise we decided to cut our losses and booked a new hotel. No refund for remaining nights offered. The elevators were slow and clunky, the bathroom of the room smelt and at times the elevator lobby area also smelt, probably due to the microwave being located there in an enclosed space. Would not recommend this hotel or this company again to anyone."
