"The property was ok. Beautiful house but a bit run down. Not enough utensils in the kitchen for cooking and eating. The swimming pool is amazing, clean and heated. The dry sauna works well. The wet sauna does not work and the jacuzzi is not operable. The garden is one of the best features, it felt like paradise. It is a great place for a quiet family stay. "This was our second time staying at the NH Collection Hotel, and once again, everything was wonderful. The hotel is lovely inside and out, and the location is absolutely perfect - only 2 blocks from the huge Santa Fe Shopping Mall. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and spotless, and the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent every morning, as was the restaurant staff. We particularly appreciated Daisy and Diego keeping our coffee cups filled every morning. We also had dinner at the restaurant on the evening of our arrival, and both the food and the service were excellent. The thing that made our stay most enjoyable was the attention given by the staff. Upon getting out of the taxi, everyone at the hotel greeted us with a cheerful "Welcome Back!" Jorge, the bellman, was eager to grab our bags and take them to our room and make sure we were happy with our accommodations. Jose and Indira at the front desk were so friendly and helpful with every request we made! We so much enjoyed playing the piano in the lobby. We also very much appreciate the bellman, Miguel, helping us with a restaurant reservation, and it's so nice that Ricardo, the hotel manager, frequently walks through the hotel, warmly greeting guests. This hotel holds a very special place in our hearts, and we give it our highest recommendation!"

"The property was very clean, the staff was very helpful and there was someone always available for English speakers. A couple times my coffee and tea wasn’t replenished during my five day stay but it wasn’t a deal breaker. There are drug stores, shopping centers, and a convenience store very near the property. My room was thoroughly cleaned, the wi-fi worked very well, there are even English television channels. The breakfasts were very good with fresh fruit, cereal, proteins, and rice dishes daily. You can also get eggs to order. I ordered room service one time and it was very good. The pool is on the roof, small but it serves the purpose. There is a gym however I didn’t use it."

"I booked this place after my flight to Bogota was canceled, I had no other option than to go to a hotel for the night. This was a bit pricier than anything else I saw in the area, it was very comfortable and luxurious. I was also able to get room service late at night. My stomach wasn't feeling great, the room service options all worked well for my condition. The next day I realized it would take one more day to fly to Bogota so I booked a second night."
