"The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. The bedroom is a very good size with a decent shower room en-suite. It is warm and the kitchen is well equipped in the main. I notice a number of people have said the bed was comfortable but I would say if you have neck or back issues it may not be ideal. "I don't recommend staying here. I rented it because it was reasonably priced (comparatively) and available the week of the Taylor Swift concert, it had a lot of beds, and the photos looked ok. But there are a number of drawbacks that aren't explained: - It's not a good neighborhood. We felt uncomfortable walking until we got a few blocks away. "Booked this stay with the promise of parking but when we arrived there was no where to stop or park in the street or neigbouring streets. I contacted the owner and was told to park in council parking 17 mins away. A very hostile neigbourhood so had to go and find another last minute stay in next town. No help from Stayz either."

"It is not a bad place. The place need to be cleaned properly when someone leaves. A potato and a bottle of milk was left in the fridge.
