"Fantastic location in Cardiff. Room was a little tired looking. Was informed at check in that they were having problems with the air con and this did not work throughout are stay. There was a lot of noise from near by pubs and club but this did not effect our stay but could if you are a light sleeper or have young children. Overall staff are very friendly and we had an enjoyable stay. "

"We had a dog and there’s certain rooms allocated for pets it was dark with a small window with view of pipe works the bed was very comfy and clean the shower was very good but the corridors on first floor were in need of major re-vamp creaked floors sounds from music at night from entertainment . The downstairs looks fine and breakfast hall looks modern and newly decorated but what we had was disappointing and not for us. The staff were friendly and the Spainish girl was always smiling and helpful. The location is too far the opposite end of town if only on foot but we were lucky and had our car.easy enough to park outside on street. Llanduno isn’t a cheap place to stay as they have a constant stream of older guests to keep the price up. The Seafront hotel is cheaper than most but now we realise why and would rather opt for a Travelodge with the same standard nationwide and roughly the same price and take dogs made a mistake going for the cheapest"

"Clean room. Very comfortable bed. All amenities except no fridge. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of variety and hot and fresh cooked breakfast. Happy to recommend. Very convenient location for both city and beach. "
