"I felt very welcomed by everyone, lovely staff, great breakfast, the parking was gratefully appreciated. My bedroom was lovely but due to previous heatwaves, the room was very warm due to its 300 yr old construction, I opened the window for cooler air which helped a bit. Hope to return again."

"Absolutely amazing place. Loved the shepherd's hut, peaceful and private. Everything you needed was in there and really comfortable. Ginnie and Andrew couldn't do enough for you. Close enough to everything to explore. The pool was awesome (and the hot tub). Had a few games of foot golf which was so much fun. Would absolutely not hesitate to stay there again. Even had a lush digital welcome sign for me and my husband. Really was a super awesome place with the best owners Thanks both xxx"

"Two houses converted to a hotel with multiple extensions done to an average standard: windows not fully opening, uneven and squeaky floors. Also the breakfast was OK but I had better in similar hotels (e.g. fried egg a bit too runny). High cost, given the standard. Main positives: excellent location by the train station and 10 mins walk from the ferry, accomodates late arrivals."

"An immaculate cottage in a fabulous location. Hosts John and Steph are so welcoming and John is like an encyclopedia of local knowledge, from best chippies, restaurants to best beaches and local markets. Our 15 yr old dog absolutely loved it and it's freedom. We will definitely be going back again."
