"Staff were very friendly and helpful, both at breakfast and dinner. Room was very clean and comfortable. It was very windy whilst we were there and due to the age of the property the bathroom window, which didn’t fit very well let a lot of cold air in. Bed and pillows very comfortable."

"On the upside - great location near the beach, and a good breakfast. On the downside - room for over £210 a night had no window to look through, furniture was old and shabby, evening food in both restaurants was at best ‘average’ (and had many items missing)… Overall - could be better"

"Hotel in brilliant position we had everything we needed. Atrium for breakfast with views of the whole of Llanberis was stunning. Breakfast very fresh and varied. Our only complaint would be evening meal did not come up to expectations. Advertised as served with salad. A flat bread with minute bits of salad. A disappointment.. Quite pricey. The hotel and staff were great. "
