"We really enjoyed the stay here. It was very clean and quiet. The people at the property were friendly and helpful. Food within walking distance. The pass to Sandy Hook was nice to have. The only thing we didn’t anticipate was the steep set of stairs to get in and out of the apartment."

"Being so close to the beach and other activities, the house was perfect for crashing after a long day in the sun. Beds were comfy and evenings were quiet. The parking was tight but not impossible. Very cute and comfortable would stay again."

"Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space."

"My boyfriend & I have stayed here at least 5 times. We usually get a hotel room for a staycation treat once or twice a month. This hotel is definitely our fave due to location, pricing, convenience. I love that you can pay the deposit in cash & get it back as soon as you check out & your room is deemed in good condition by housekeeping. The staff is always friendly & professional. The rooms are always spotless! I love their bathrooms. There’s great lighting. Huge windows. "
