"Confirmed and payed in advance. At the arrival we've got to know that they are not operating. We had to find a another place for the night. Hotels.com left us alone with the additional costs! "

"Dirty! He lives in his basement and use all his rooms to make $$$. You need to buy shampoo, toilet paper .... There is no fresh air ! Once you booked, there is no way to cancel it, even it is within 3 minutes of booking it !!! "
