Staff was very friendly, bed was extremely comfortable, check in/check out was easy! Make sure to clean up after yourself though, not very close to any bus/train stations but it's only about a $8 uber to the arberdeen mall/station.

Good location to Skytrain and airport. Hosts were very kind. Accommodation could use a deep clean. Based on the amenities and lack of cleanliness I don’t think this stay was worth $200 for the night, plus an additional $200 damage deposit hold on my credit card.

I don't recommend that people live in a small, dirty room that's very hot without an air conditioner and share a dirty washroom with other people.

I would rate this stay 6/10. The location was excellent—close to the SkyTrain, shopping, and only a short Uber ride to most places. The neighborhood felt safe, and the property had a secure code entry for first time B& B stayers like me who was concerned about safety. The room was much smaller than expected, with barely enough space for the bed and luggage. The shared bathroom also could have been cleaner. For the price and location, it worked for a short stay, but I think there is room for improvement in cleanliness and overall comfort.

The first thing to know about this place is that it's in the flight path of the airport. The noise is deafening and it never stops (even at night !). In the eveaning it can be as frequent as one every 3 mins. On top of that, the proprietors make quite a racquet downstairs almost every night. You'd have a quieter time sleping on the street in downtown Vancouver ! They charge a cleaning fee of 60$ upon arrrival, but the place is not clean to start with. My room was supposed to have a hot tub, it didn't and also, don't be fooled by the photos, none are of the actual house ! My advice is avoid at all costs.
