Whether you enjoy the social spaces inside or outside, there are plenty of wonderful views on offer. The property is in the heart of Aberdovey, on the northern edge of the Dyfi estuary. Walk half a mile down the hill to explore the harbour, eateries, galleries and independent shops. From the doorstep, enjoy a range of great outdoor activities, including walking, cycling, sailing, canoeing, and fishing, not forgetting the beautiful sandy beach perfect for paddling and crabbing.

Walk up the steps to the side of the terraced garden and enter this stylish and relaxing, contemporary family house set over two levels. The open-plan kitchen and lounge make the most of the panoramic views, with patio doors opening onto the top terrace garden. In the kitchen you’ll find all the appliances to make meal preparation a cinch.
