"There were two elevators in the hotel, but one was out of service throughout our stay. The other elevator was very slow, and we often had to wait a long time, which was inconvenient The parking lot was very busy, and the parking spaces were quite small. You have to be extremely careful not to damage your car when parking. My room had a strange smell. I later noticed from the room next door that the cleaning staff were spraying air freshener or a disinfectant into the air conditioning vent."

"Staff were nice. Location by the station was convenient. They kept only giving us one towel for two people, even though we requested more. It was a bit strange, they would bring us another towel, then take it away again when they cleaned the room. There is also a nice-looking espresso machine on the second floor, but you can’t use it and you need to use a bad vending machine in the lobby instead. It feels like a nice hotel, but with cheap management trying to cut back."

"Our stay was very good! Location right next to train station was awesome! Front Desk staff went above and beyond, including staying after his shift to assist & ensure we all had what we needed. The close proximity to the bus stops was equally important for our excursions! We would definitely recommend here for travelers who will be exploring the area & need a great, comfy location."

"This is a cute hotel, just a short walk to the center of old Salzburg. And located an even shorter walk from the train station. I never ate here, but there are choices aplenty in the neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do have bikes to rent, which was a great idea! Riding a bike through Salzburg is very easy and fun and you can pretend you’re Fräulein Maria. The bed was comfortable and I loved that the room had floor length mirrors."

"So we stayed as a family of four, over all the hotel was good but the issue I have is that based on the higher price, I was expecting the room to be a decent size but it was too cramped, now walking space around the beds specially after you put luggage on the limited space. The staff is not very friendly or welcoming."
