We highly recommend this hotel! From check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d like to especially thank Ms.Sherbet and Ms. Debora for their exceptional service. Of course, the male staff member was also very kind, though unfortunately we didn’t get his name. During our stay, the weather was quite hot and the room temperature rose a bit, but we requested a large fan and it was promptly provided. Thank you again for making our stay comfortable and pleasant!

Amazing staff. Luxurious hotel. Free parking. Spacious room with a nice view of lake Fuschl (Grand Deluxe Room) if you can afford an upgrade definitely go with it. Spa facilities are a must try, they have an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, as well as massage therapy. Dining is expensive as expected in such places. In short it was a great experience to stay in this castle if you have the opportunity to spend a couple of days here don't miss it.

We were lucky not to get a hotel in Hallstatt and found this fantastic resort on nearby Lake Wolfgang. This is historic building expanded into a wonderful lakeside resort, with an amazing spa, indoor and outdoor pools, wonderful restaurant, and excellent service. I booked the hotel due to the price, location and good reviews. This place far exceeded my expectations. It was so clean, modern yet with old world charm, cozy and inviting.
