Booking confirmed via Expedia on Monday 26/06. Phone call afternoon of Friday 30/06 advising I could not stay as roomed doubled booked. They admitted they had received the email booking from Expedia but nevertheless picked it up and actioned it

Our stay at the Queensbridge

Our room was bright, clean & airy & a good size. We were lucky to have a sea view too which was fab. The breakfast was great & the staff were friendly and helpful. Will be booking again.

I was fortunate to have a front facing triple room which was huge! The view out of the window over the bay was excellent. There is a lift but it is a very old one and only takes one person at a time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is free, but only on the street and first come... Breakfast was included and fabulous. Evening meal not included and I struggled to find somewhere to eat on a Sunday night. The recommended hotel stopped at 6pm and I ended up in a KFC which would not have been my first choice. That is not a criticism of the hotel, just a fact.

It was good for the price, great breakfast. Decor bit dated as were bath/shower. Parking available on the promenade however first come first served basis and there are parking restrictions.

Would give a lower rating if I could! I booked 3 rooms for one night and we were moved to their sister hotel and only got two rooms which meant 4 of us had to share totally unacceptable! The room is this hotel had a dirty bed and the bath still had dirty water in it. Still paid the same price for two rooms and not the 3 we booked. Breakfast was edible as overcooked! Terrible service, the only reason I was told before we arrived was because I called to pay before arrival. Don’t book this hotel as you could end up in a different hotel being overcharged.

This Hotel room was good, clean and very useable. Extremely adequate is a word I would use or 'It was what it said with no tins invloved!'. I would definitely consider staying here again. It suited me, especially considering the last minute booking.

Wonderful lady on reception made us very welcome Beach hotel so seagulls at 7.30 which is when breakfast started so alarm clock Clean , tea and coffee ,hairdryer with over head shower over the bath , towels provided daily Friendly staff enjoyable stay so we had another night Close to shops and amazing water cliff lift

Cheap and cheerful. Fine for one night, wouldn’t want to stay any longer. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Bottled water in the room. Bathroom was very dated. Breakfast was adequate. Excellent location for exploring the immediate area.

One night stay on the top floor. Lift was broken so a long walk up. Room could do with a bit of decorating but ok. Lovely view out the front looking at the sea. Parking could be an issue as it’s on the seafront. I got lucky with the last space free.
