"Easy check in. Manager friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Having Airbnbs I am picky. The room was simple and clean. Bed comfortable. Room was small, but not a surprise since made clear in description. Not a fan of barn style door for bathroom because open spaces on sides limit privacy in bathroom. So , would ask about door on bathroom of room you book if that is an issue (room #3). Good place to stay if you are just needing a clean and updated, modern place to sleep and shower. Not a spa oasis by any means, but can’t beat for the price. The grounds could use some TLC and landscaping, but not the type of place you would be spending time outside. Also, manager that lives on site has a dog that they walk off leash, so if you are bringing a pet or children that are afraid of dogs be cautious or ask management to pls keep dog on leash while you are there."

"The house was large enough for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. Was a bit disappointed in a couple things. The upstairs toilet tank needs repaired. It would just start running every so often. The filter on the fridge for the water needed replaced. The skillets were teflon and flaking, so not really desirable for using but we had to anyhow."

"We stayed at this place based on the online listing. It was perfect for our stay this weekend. Yes, the stairs to the upper apartment is a little steep, but the place was immaculately clean and a nice surprise. The venue has character as one would expect in an older built, but everything worked as advertised, the owner was extremely responsive and pleasant, and we didn't have any complaints. Beds were great, bedding like new, appliances worked well and were clean, and shower and water were awesome. Well equipped and no issues. It is near downtown Brockton, which also has character and pleasantly has several local eateries to give a try. Would stay again."
