    This home was designed for the purpose of hosting a family with all the latest amenities. The Cottage is sure to impress you and your guest. The home is very inviting and its main purpose is to make you feel comfortable in your own custom built Cozy Country Cottage! Outdoor Patio area w/ fire pit, exterior patio set for additional seating. There's even a RAINBOW PLAY SET for the kids. 3 swings, slide, rock wall & a POOL too w/ sun loungers & adirondack chairs! Pool heater available ( additional charges apply ) Whole Home GENERAC GENERATOR {additional charges for generator apply}. We are pet friendly. Additional charges apply. 2 dogs max. Run your dog by us prior to booking. Thanks

    The Cottage sits on three acres shared by the host. Gravel driveway is also shared. Proximity of each home is about 300 feet apart. Security cameras are on the host home and one ONLY is located on the tree above the Cottage driveway. THEIR ARE NO CAMERAS / RECORDING DEVICES INSIDE THE COTTAGE. We are pet friendly - see rules.

Easy access to nearby places: mandeville, Covington, etc. House was well accommodating with all the things you need for a home away from home. Alexis and Kim are great ! Our 2nd stay here ,their home is lovely quiet clean and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. In town for our grandson’s high school graduation and the pool was a big hit . Thank you guys we will be back !

We had an amazing mini vacation at the Cottage. House, pool, and yard were incredible. Children loved the pool and we had a little bonfire in the fire pit and told stories! Abita Market on Sunday was also fun.

Highly recommend. The cottage was so well dec orated and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Beautiful inside and out - great gathering areas by pool and pool house. Host was easily available and made sure that we had everything we needed. Close to Abita Springs downtown with quaint restaurants, farmers market and grocery/deli. Be sure to eat at Abita Cafe!

Amazing PET FRIENDLY!! Cottage

This place was a perfect place to stay after my wedding in Mandeville! It was super clean and the decor is SO CUTE! I really really appreciated how they were pet friendly so that I could bring my pups with me and have peace of mind. The outdoor area is such a vibe and the owner is super friendly! My family and I will be staying here again in the future!!

We had a great stay with friends and family at this property. Everything was as described and the host went above and beyond with accommodations. The Coziest Cottage Ever

The home was a 10/10 in every way: It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you need including baby highchair, lots of games and toys, very clean, very well maintained, nice pool and playground too, very private and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Worth every penny!!

Loved the rental! They had everything you could want. We were in town for a soccer tournament and didn’t get to spend a ton of time at the cottage. The pool was great, even though it was cold. After a long day in the heat a polar plunge was just what we needed. Will stay here again, even for a little staycation

We were two hours early. The left is check in early. It was an awesome clean property. Wish we had more time nicely decorated, and everything that you could ever want, especially if you have a family.
