"The staff were so friendly and helpful, always smiling and taking time to chat. The breakfast was amazing and fresh and always clean at all the different food stations. The shared kitchen to make your own meals if you wanted was extremely well equipped and a beautiful space to enjoy a meal. I could not fault the hotel for anything. Even the location was perfectly positioned for transport and shopping and safety for a solo traveler like myself. "

"I stayed at the QT Bondi my first 2 nights in Australia and was very happy. The room was great, with a seating area, a small kitchen area, and even a washer/dryer combo as well as a comfortable bed. The bathroom had both a tub and a shower, though the tub was either a bit discolored or needed a more intensive scrubbing. (But I would probably never use a hotel bathtub anyway.) Bathroom had a double sink. In all, the room was as well equipped as any hotel room I've ever stayed at. The room was not ready when I arrived in early morning, but front desk staff happily held my luggage and did a pre-check in so that when I returned my keys were ready and I could go quickly to my room. The hotel is located just steps from Bondi beach and in a tiny shopping center that had a supermarket in it, a liquor store, and a couple of food places. Plus an elevator down from the lobby to the mall level. (Hotel main entrance is on a side street up a small hill, but if you don't want to walk up the hill, you can enter at the lower level and take the elevator up.) I would have preferred a room less far from the elevator -- I was about as far away as I possibly coule have been -- but that's a minor quibble. I'd definitely stay here again."

"The gentleman at reception that checked me in and out was lovely. Very pleasant and helpful. The staff working in the bar/restaurant could learn to be a little more pleasant towards their guests. Will stand to them in the future. No hellos or good byes which are little things that make a difference rather than just looking at you! Location was perfect, older style rooms but was ideal for a short stay. TV with Netflix and comfy bed, can’t fault the stay."
