"I was very disappointed with the bed, as it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I asked if it could be changed, but I was told that all the beds in the hotel were the same. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I was supposedly staying in one of the hotel’s best rooms. I expected a much higher level of comfort, especially considering the quality of the room I had booked"

"Excelente estadia. Logo no chekin nos perguntaram a preferência quanto a altura do andar, escolhemos um alto e nos deram. Vista maravilhosa da praia, muitos restaurantes no entorno. O quarto era enorme, com mesa para trabalhar, o colchão muito confortável. Recomendo!"

"Liked: very clean, having a kitchen, good safe location, access to bus and public bike nearby. Nice rooftop terrace and very good prices. Self check in with code via WhatsApp. Drip coffee maker. Disliked: no hair dryer, no frying pan. Pots and pans supplied are very cheap quality. Only 2 pillows on a large bed. Suitable for short stays. I was happy overall even though I really needed a hair dryer!"

"The breakfast was a nice little menu and it was a fresh and hot. There was plenty to eat a variety of cakes, bread, meats, cheeses, egg, sausage, fruit, coffee every staff member that we had interaction with was extremely professional and nice. We had our seven month old baby with us and they had no issues with heating up our water downstairs at the reception area to make his formula. The hotel was old and in need of some repairs, but the staff made things worth the stay. The location was very good and there was some very good restaurants close by and it’s within walking distance of the US consulate. "
