"I've stayed in a lot of Premier Inns, all in the UK until this trip and I was interested to see whether the experience was the same. I was not disappointed, it was much better. Not at all what I'd expect from a "no frills" hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful (as you'd expect) but the hotel itself was so clean and tidy, I could have easily believed this was a much higher star-rated hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, both hot and cold. Whilst I didn't get chance to use either the pool or the gym due to lack of time on my part, the fact that the hotel had them, and that they were available for all guests was a pleasant surprise. My only criticism isn't really about the hotel itself, it's just a shame that the local area is still undergoing heavy construction. This wasn't an issue for noise at all, it was just a little contrasting to some of the other beautiful areas of the city. I have a feeling though that, if I was to visit again in a couple of years, the whole area would look very different."
