Incredible Dubai stay, from Amhilash in the Breakfast Restaurant remembering our 3 omelette order everyday, to Sathany (Cleaner) making sure our room was cleaned at a convenient time everyday, Danish (Manager) for the room upgrade made our New Years and 2 week stay fantastic on every count couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you

Excellent care from all staff. Friendly, genuinely happy to help and maintain a professional and warming approach. Nice clean hotel room with good facilities. Also the room had probably one of the easiest aircon systems to use and very quiet too. Didn't have breakfast or use the pool facilities, so can't comment. Overall very peased to have stayed.

At check-in the female staff denied that she was responsible to assigning the room upgrade. When I challenged her she said that it was already assigned. I got to the room and it was not an upgrade. I had to call down to the desk about her lying about the upgrade. Otherwise, I had another good stay. I've stayed several times at this property.

Will Surely Stay Here Again

I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and I usually don’t leave reviews but it would be unfair not to review this stay and give a 5 star rating to this hotel. The location of the hotel isn’t great because it’s not close to a metro or the creek but they more than make up for this with neat comfortable rooms, modern facilities and excellent customer service. I enjoyed the quiet nights and I slept very well. Allan was great. Always ready to help. And then the young Sri Lankan lady at the restaurant too was amazing. I don’t remember her name. You can see that this is a well run hotel and they go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

I had to change three rooms to get to a proper clean room stains burns windows, sealed not properly sitting in the lobby cockroach passing by letting a security know he just take a picture I have check in for six nights for guest. I was harassed by the security when I was sleeping to who I have in the room???not satisfied for four star hotel,I got a smoking room, but everywhere was burn include the bathtub. They had hot water issue. no compensation. they actually act like it was my problem that their hotel was having problem. I don’t recommend for the price.

Actually was pleasantly surprised. Lovely staff. Loved the rooms and hotel in general. Breakfast was good. Nice outdoor seating. Vibrant neighborhood without being loud. Yes definitely would recommend it. They are already working on some minor issies in the pool area but yes. Definitely would book again.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. We arrived at 8am and were allowed to use the wifi and facilities until our room was ready which was nice. Room was a good size, very clean and modern. We ordered room service on a few occasions, good portion sizes and value for money although the first night the food was cold but fine on other occasions. Plenty of supermarkets for supplies. And the metro is an easy walk for exploring more of Dubai. The only negatives are that the pool is in some urgent need of maintenance… boards surrounding the pool are not fixed and move when you step on them which could cause injury or for someone to fall over and hurt themselves. Also the ladders to get into the pool are not falling off and not fully attached so we were just getting into/out of the pool without using them. As on the first day my friend used them and ended up falling in. Also the toilets/changing rooms near the pool area could use a good clean. If these issues were fixed then we would recommend this hotel.

The location seemed pretty safe and comfortable. The beds in the room are pretty comfortable and we slept well each night. The standing shower drainage seemed to be clogging. The front desk responded immediately and sent someone to take a look but I don't think the problem went away. I'm guessing that's the way it's designed. The breakfast was the best part of our stay. They make omelettes according to your preference and have good options. I didn't have much bread but my mom did mention the bread seemed a little dry. The front desk staff were great. I only had an issue on the last day while checking out on March 21st, 6.30am which I'll post in another review. Overall, it's a good hotel and I do recommend it!

I booked the 2BR suite, it had 2.5 baths, sufficient space and very comfortable. Modern and clean and good value for money. The breakfast buffet was delicious. No complaints, will definitely stay again.
