Great hotel. Went for half board. Breakfast was great and the buffet dinner had a lot of options for everyone. Alcohol is very expensive so a bottle of beer is nearly £10. The free access to theme parks was great and saved on this. All the theme parks are great! Kids club was good too. Very comfortable stay.

Had a good stay but the cleanness of the hotel is not good, also breakfast restaurant staff need training for a 5 star hotel standard

The location is perfect, with lots of eating options, and easy transport links to the attractions. However, we thought staff could explain hotel facilities better at check in. And also, place young families in rooms away from the Irish pub. It was very noisy till late.

The person at front desk was really nice. I didn’t get his name but he allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to pool side view. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and breakfast was brill. The spa staff were really nice and showed me around. Made me feel really comfortable and safe. Will definitely be revisiting again inshaAllah. Mrs s bibi.
