Everything was great. Breakfast options were incredible… so many choices and everything was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Rooms were good size, super clean and beds extra comfy. Location was great, yas express bus to theme parks was clean, always on time and air conditioned. Couldn’t fault the stay - it was perfect.

I had a great experience during my stay at Hilton Yas Island. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. What really stood out was the exceptional service every staff member I interacted with was warm and professional. Friendly staff, but no restaurants near by, the hotel restaurant is closed and only left with the cafe at the lobby which has very limited food options. Rooms are ok, but had trouble with fruit flies which were in every corner of the room.

Amazing hotel, clean, chic, great location and ameneties. Loved our stay the ONLY downfall was the drinks service at breakfast and dinner was always very slow, usually we had finished our meal by the time drinks came, all the staff were polite and went out of their way to help us. Only one staff member let this down by telling us off for falling asleep in the foyer whilst waiting for our room (we had a night flight with two kids so kind of couldn't help it!) and I found that a bit unnecessary but maybe she just wanted something to do. The rooms were spacious, the pool was a great temperature and clean, life guards were checking swim nappies on babies which was reassuring, kids club was well maintained and great staff, food options were fine as we were half board we could mix it up so we didn't get bored, the eggs to order was a great concept and the morning coffees were always a great start to the day!

Absolutely amazing stay. Looks way better than the pictures. And for those that dont have kids Cafe Del Moar is perfect for relaxing
