"The apartment was very nice, the check-in was very smooth, and there was plenty of room for the eight of us. The location was ideal, just a few steps from the CALLAO Metro stop. "Excellent stay, owner was very responsive & helpful. We didn’t cook so I can’t comment on those facilities but at a glance they looked excellent. The outdoor bath was very much enjoyed by my son & daughter in law. An excellent touch! Also the other rooftop terrace was lovely. One thing to note is there is only aircon in one of the bedrooms and the living room. Apart from that an excellent stay and the location is absolutely perfect for getting to all the sights. "

"Maria and her team, especially her son, were so very gracious and responsive. Between their care and and the comfortable surroundings, our stay felt like being with family. The neighborhood was quiet and had a lovely coffee shop just a block away. We highly recommend this apartment for a couple visiting Madrid."

"Jose, the manager of this property, was great. Called him on the way to the flat from the airport. It was early in the day so he directed the taxi driver to his house, so we could store our luggage. Turns out his place is only 50 meters from our booked rental. The flat was ready in a couple of hours and we were quickly situated. The location is unbelievably perfect.
