Super logement, tres beau et tres bien situé. Tres fonctionnel. Juste une ou deux remarques : il manque de quoi suspendre les affaires dans les chambres et les serviettes dans la salle de bain. Il manque le mode d emploi de la machine à café et des douches brumatisantes.On a tres bien dormi . Bonne literie et environnement calme.La personne du check in a été très sympathique.

Perfect location Host was greeting us when we arrived and showed us the apartment. Very spacious and comfortable and everything was immaculate. I will definitely recommend we were six adults and two kids, and we were very comfortable with the apartment.

Generally, our stay was a good one but there are a few things that would have made it outstanding. First the positives: the location was awesome! We were close to the metro and a small market, and it was on a quiet side street so we heard no outside noise. The space itself worked really well for our party of 7. Plenty of beds and having four bathrooms was wonderful! Now the suggestions: the apartment could have been cleaner upon arrival. It was clear the living room hadn't been vacuumed when I stepped on pebbles. I ended up doing this myself. The bedroom pillows were awful - for what we paid, the pillows should be much nicer. Also, it would have been helpful to have instructions for some things - especially because we don't speak the language. "How to" instructions for the TV, coffee maker, and washer/dryer would have been really helpful. The walls were all scuffed up. Paint touch ups would go a long way to conveying the apartment is well-cared for. Most of the showers need attention - they are slow draining and it's off-putting to stand in dirty water while you shower. A coat rack inside the front door would be really helpful, as would hooks/towel bars in the bathrooms. We contacted the host while we were there with questions and they were very prompt in responding with helpful responses. I would recommend it and would probably stay there again. With a little attention, it could be an excellent place to stay.

Great location and good communication with the management company prior to check in. It was very difficult getting in touch with the local host for our late check in (which required someone to meet us and hand over the keys to us). It would be great to have a better late self check in as many properties have. Our late check in required additional charges to meet so late at night. It’s in a great location and was clean. Two other issues were: lack of individual a/c split units and just vents in each bedroom. The back two bedrooms were very hot and the rest of the rooms were ok. They came and tried to adjust this but that’s just the way it is. Also, for a 5 bedroom apartment we only received 2 sets of keys which was very, very difficult to plan around. For this size place, you need more sets of keys.

Location was the highlight of this property; very close to many restaurants and shopping. Bedrooms are small but adequate. 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers; 4th full bath with tub and 2 sinks is accessible from the main hallway. Washing machine with a dryer was a plus. Showerheads were disappointing and produced subpar water flow. The walls were scuffed throughout; unit could look cleaner with a fresh coat of paint. It is necessary to walk up 4-5 steps to access the one-person elevator. During our 2-hour check-in process, the property rep did not speak English and used a phone translator to communicate with us. Temps reached 95F on our arrival day, and we had trouble getting the a/c to cool lower than 78F for the first 24 hours. It appeared as though the thermostat had a pre-set level it could not go below regardless of the setting selected. The day after check-in, an a/c technician came and made adjustments that slightly helped. The hot water was turned off when we arrived so be sure to check this while the property manager is still on-site. Would have enjoyed having all light bulbs functioning, portable fans available and 1-2 ice cube trays for the freezer.

Perfect in every way!

My extended family of 10 recently visited 3 cities in Spain - this place was by far the best of them all. From communication, cleanliness, space, location and kitchen/bathroom stocked with the essentials, this place had it all!! Would 100% recommend!!!

Comfortably accommodates 10 people

I booked this lovely apartment for my daughter and 9 other friends for their graduation trip. Plenty of space for the 10 girls and close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Alma was great to work with. I highly recommend.

Great location to explore Madrid

Spent several days in Madrid with family of six. Spacious property that worked excellent as home base. Nite if you are driving this is located in pedestrian zone and dropping off luggage is not simple.Right in the middle of action and quiet retreat when kids were overdone and needed a break.

Beautiful apartment with an ideal location

The apartment was very nice, the check-in was very smooth, and there was plenty of room for the eight of us. The location was ideal, just a few steps from the CALLAO Metro stop. Additionally, many of the restaurants and sites were also within a short walk. I would highly recommend This apartment, excellent location, and very good value.

Madrid family vacation

Family of 8 for 3 days in Madrid. The vrbo was perfectly located for seeing all of the best areas. We had plenty of room and comfortable beds and showers were wonderful. They were very responsive and accommodating. Luisa answered all of our concerns while on site.

50th birthday trip in the heart of Madrid

Perfect for five couples looking for a home base to explore Madrid. The location can’t be beat! Super quiet and clean. There are charming coffee shops & bars right outside the apartment - which we took full advantage of! We had a glitch with the key but Daniel responded immediately with a fix. It was awesome.
