Unfortunately we got room 1008N with no hot water maintenance was called 3 times they finally came didn’t do anything but just checked and said they will be back never heard back from anyone my kids got sick was not able to shower with hot water also they have a cover in the ceiling that looks as if someone is watching you the cover kept on opening with no wind at all in the room since my kids were sick we didn’t use the air conditioner didn’t open the balcony doors since hot air was only coming in, terrible room if you can refuse it do it don’t recommend at all scary situation feeling someone is watching and they don’t help you or assist you

La falta de mantenimiento en general de las habitaciones, en el colchón y almohadas muy malas condiciones, no fue grato, alberca , falta organización en comunicación visual, la atención de los guardias de seguridad y choferes es más atenta que del personal en recepción, la comodidad del estacionamiento, aunque hay transporte no es lo que esperas.

Todo estuvo muy bien , la habitación excelente , lo único malo fue la playa ( no fue culpa del hotel ) la marea golpeaba fuerte y no te podías meter , de ahí en fuera todo estufó perfecto , los elevadores funcionan bien , aire acondicionado, cama muy buena y baño con agua caliente a cualquiera hora , aparte afuera hay mucho local de comida y varios buffet donde puedes ir a comer , la vista hacia el mar me pareció buena. Quizá donde deben mejorar es en las televisiones, no cuentan con internet solo por canales y el internet es deficiente. Pero en general si lo recomiendo y me volvería a hospedar ahí
