"A wonderful stay at Santo Santiago Hotel. I met Brenda and Maria Luz, who were sensational managers at this beautiful Santo Santiago boutique hotel. They were welcoming, attentive, and they went above and beyond to assist me in my stay. The breakfast was lovely, and I used their spa services with Karla, who was adorable and excellent at her skill."

"The room does not have a lot of space. The hotel has some kind of businesses outside and it gets very noisy. The only entertainment you have is basically YouTube. They do not provide a "Do not disturb" sign so the staff always knocks early for room maintenance. Which is not on the staff because they have no way of knowing. I will say that the staff was very friendly and the water pressure was excellent. Also, very close to downtown which was nice. But other than that it wasn't a great experience. It's not the worst but I would not recommend staying there."
