The pool wasn’t cleaning I’m assuming is not pool season. The rooms are modern king size beds. The mirrors and lighting amazing. I love every bit of this place. "

"Got attacked by bed bugs! Room was not very clean. Didn’t have a working tv for 3 days. The staff wasnt very friendly. Unless you were a priority guest, you weren’t really treated the same. Booked a luxury resort for our anniversary and we’re expecting it to be better. The resort itself was beautiful and the food was delicious. "

"The Pines Villa located in Montego Bay Jamaica was the perfect home away from home my family needed during our trip to Jamaica in July 2025! The house was super spacious and spotless for our group of 10. For our stay, we had multiple families/households and each floor of the house had a separate kitchen, balcony, AC unit with controls in all rooms, strong WIFI connection and multiple bedrooms on each floor, making entertainment or quiet time convenient for each group. Furthermore, all kitchens had sufficient appliances/dishes allowing us to make our own meals if needed. Lastly, the water temperature and pressure in all bathrooms were great during the stay (even with everyone getting ready at once). The outdoor area was well maintained with a pool, we swam every day after our excursions! If requested a chef can make a delicious meal for your group using the outdoor kitchen area that faces the pool. Communication was consistent and as part of the rental package, a driver was available to pick our group up from the airport and drop us off, even with us having different flight schedules. I highly recommend Pines Villa for your family, the house is close to the airport and major attractions, plus the host is a native who is knowledgeable about the community and will do their utmost in making sure you have a safe and enjoyable vacation. "Nice plave to stay, quite and clean. You will need a car cause location is not close to town and travel isn’t easy. Must have Netflix downloaded on your phone to be able to look at television in your room. Unit did have wifi, worked good. "
