"Excellence Oyster Bay exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our oceanfront suite was spacious, clean, and luxurious, with beautiful views and a private balcony. The dining options were all fantastic, from fresh seafood to 24-hour room service, everything was delicious and well-prepared. The resort itself is peaceful and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing by the pool or beach. Highly recommend for couples looking for a romantic, all-inclusive getaway with top-notch service. "We just love this hotel and it was totally worth getting the Butler service. Totally totally worth it. We absolutely loved our Butler. WILLARD and FITZGERALD!! I have never dealt with such an amazing and caring team. Lady at the checkout desk was amazing TISHANA and Wayne the server at the Cabana . This hotel is just the right size. I love it so so much. I would only ask for better air-conditioning in the main Diamond facilities and in the main checkout area but other than that, it’s an amazing hotel with incredible beaches."
